My  take is that it\u2019s still no business as usual, as far as the club\u00a0is  concerned.\u00a0<br>BC and CUK  have updated their advice following the changes announced yesterday. CTT  have not updated their advice, which still says there will be no TTs  until after June 30th.\u00a0<br>BC advice today<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You may exercise outdoors as many times each day as you wish.&nbsp;<\/li><li>You can only exercise alone, with those you live with&nbsp;<strong>or<\/strong>&nbsp;with\n up to one person from outside your household.&nbsp;Gatherings of more than \ntwo people from different households are not allowed at this time.&nbsp;<\/li><li>You\n should maintain a&nbsp;two-metre&nbsp;distance from&nbsp;anyone&nbsp;you&nbsp;meet&nbsp;from outside \nyour household while out riding, stopping and waiting for people to pass\n at a safe distance when necessary.&nbsp;This is particularly important when \nriding on narrow paths and trails.&nbsp;<\/li><li>You can&nbsp;sit and rest outside&nbsp;before, during and after your ride.&nbsp;<\/li><li>You\n may drive to outdoor publicly accessible open spaces irrespective \nof&nbsp;distance, but&nbsp;should follow social distancing guidance while you are \nthere.&nbsp;<\/li><li>In line \nwith UK Government guidance, those aged over 70 should continue to take \nparticular care to minimise contact with others outside their household.<\/li><li>When&nbsp;cycling\n in&nbsp;Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, you should follow the guidance\n and regulations issued by the relevant devolved administration.&nbsp;<\/li><li>If you are showing coronavirus symptoms, or if you or any of your household are self-isolating,&nbsp;<strong>you should stay at home<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CUK advice today&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>There will be no limit on duration or frequency of exercise; however official advice remains that you should stay at home &#8216;as much as possible&#8217;<\/li><li>You will be able to travel any distance in order to exercise<\/li><li>You\n will be able to meet and exercise with one person who is not a member \nof your household, provided you maintain social distancing of at least \ntwo metres.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In other parts of the UK, it is still not permitted to ride with anyone who is not a member of your household.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The lockdown is easing, but not that we\u2019d notice.
